Admissions Document Checklist

1. Two recent passport-size photographs of the student with a white background.
2. One recent passport-size photograph of each parent with a white background.
3. A copy of the student’s Form-B, FRC, NICOP or passport.
4. A copy of the student’s previous academic results and School Leaving Certificate.
5. Copies of both parents’ valid CNICs.
6. Residency proof, if the family is a Bahria Town resident: allotment letter, rental agreement, NOC or utility bill copy.
7. Driver’s CNIC copy, mobile number and photograph, if applicable.
8. Guardian’s CNIC copy, mobile number and one recent passport-size photograph, if the guardian is someone other than the parents.
9. Custody documentation in cases involving a single parent, including a divorce certificate, death certificate or guardianship documents, if applicable.
10. Documents required under the relevant BISE Lahore, Cambridge or applicable board rules for Matriculation, Intermediate, O Level or A Level admission.
11. For foreign or overseas applicants: POC, passport, visa copy and overseas Smart Card, if applicable.
12. Updated confirmation letter for an employee, if applicable.
